Specific service details, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in individual project proposals and contracts.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Rexora Reve is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

All content on the Rexora Reve website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Rexora Reve and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Upon full payment for services, clients receive ownership rights to deliverables as specified in their individual contracts. Rexora Reve retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals and contracts. Unless otherwise stated:

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

We accept payment via bank transfer, UPI, and other methods as specified in invoices. All prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Project timelines and deliverables are estimates based on information provided by clients and may be subject to change. We will communicate any significant delays or changes promptly.

Client cooperation is essential for timely delivery. Delays caused by client response times, content provision, or scope changes may extend project timelines and incur additional charges.

Rexora Reve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We do not guarantee specific results from marketing campaigns, as outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including market conditions and competitor activities.

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship. This includes business strategies, customer data, pricing information, and trade secrets.

This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of our business relationship and remains in effect for two (2) years thereafter.

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in individual contracts. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become due immediately
• Work in progress will be delivered upon payment
• Access to client portals and accounts will be revoked
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
